Knife bayonet for the Polish variant of the 7.62 x 39 mm. Kalashnikov AK-47 assault rifle. Fullered blade and dark brown grip scales. The Polish scabbard is unique in not having the flattened tip and in its use of a detachable all-leather belt hanger.
This example was made in 1958 by Fabryka Broni, Radom.
The leather belt hanger measures 4.25 in. (108 mm.) long x 0.875 in. (22 mm.) wide.

This example is missing the belt hanger and wrist strap.
