For Sale or Trade

This is not a business, but simply a way of placing items that I no longer need into the hands of fellow collectors who need them. I have close ties to the collecting community and have a lot more to lose by doing you a bad deal than you do. I am a frequent poster on the gunboards.com, surplusrifle.com, and mausercentral.com forums (handle, marysdad), with more than 1,000 posts on each. I don’t do a lot of eBay, but have accumulated over 250 positive feedback comments, without any negatives. I have been a member of the 98k Bayonet Collector’s Network (BCN) since 1998. The BCN Certified logo beneath the navbar requires that my dealings with others meet the highest ethical standards. I value my association with the BCN very much and wouldn't’t place it in jeopardy for a few bucks. If you are looking for a bayonet, feel free to inquire. If I don’t have what you need, I am happy to recommend other collectors or dealers who will treat you fairly.

Sales Terms and Conditions

Bayonets

Bayonets will be sold on satisfaction guaranteed basis for one month from shipping date. If you don't like the bayonet for any reason, you can send it back and I will refund the purchase price minus postage. Just don't clean or alter the bayonet. As each item is hand-picked, I know what condition they are in when they shipped. Trades will be on terms mutually agreed upon. No sales to minors. All sales require proof that the buyer is over 18.

Payment

Payment by check or money order. Personal checks will be held until clear, except for BCN members.

Shipping

Shipping and insurance will be paid by the buyer and is not included in the price of any item, unless specifically indicated that the price includes shipping. There are no hidden charges. Actual cost of shipping will be charged on each shipment. I will use USPS or UPS, at my discretion, unless prearranged by the buyer. Shipping cost for rifles will also include the cost of the box or shipping container, unless supplied by buyer. All shipments will be insured. If damage occurs during shipment, your sole recourse is with the shipper. No shipments outside of the continental U.S.

Compliance With State and Local Laws

The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that they are not restricted or prohibited from receiving items purchased. However, I will not ship anything, anywhere, to anybody, if I believe it not to be in compliance with the law.
